I will be running about 10-16 psi and want to know what size wastegate to get and do you think that the 7psi spring will do?

a 38mm should be able to hold it steady at 10psi

i did a little research and somebody said that low boost and a bigger turbo means you need a larger wastegate. Is the 60-1 considered a larger turbo? Then again another person agreed with what you said about it hold fin at 10 psi. I just want to make sure before i order a custom mani.

its a decent size turbo that requires a bigger wastegate then a 38mm. if you want to run like 1-9psi of boost without it creeping up

im running 13-15 psi on a 38mm with a 10psi spring. i dont get much if any creep. its surely not noticeable

Man I'm in the same situation as you i'm going to be running a 60-1 still debating wheather a 38 or 44 mm wastegate I'm leaning more towards the 44mm, on a side note my homeboy jose bought a 60mm ebay wastegate the hks knockoff and he is running a 62-1 so far no problems steady at 7lbs i'll keep my eye out on that wastegate

yea thanks for the info buddy. I alson am leanig towards the 44mm. i wish it wasn't that much more than the 38mm.

From my experience, I would say just go with the 44mm, it will give you piece of mind KNOWING that you wont have any problems. Even if the 38mm would suffice for your setup, you never know, goals may change in the future and if you got the 44 you would be prepared
