I have the Deltagate and was wondering how far down you guys have the screw on the top of the wastegate. I've got about 3 threads showing on the top and I don't make any boost till around 6000 rpm and then it shoots to around 5psi. I also have the avc-r controlling the wastegate.

 

Mines screwed in flush with the nut, well, a little lower than that. I only see about 5-6lbs of boost on just the spring and my T3/T4 begins to spool at around 3400-3500rpm under load. With my EBC on, it starts spooling a little before 3000rpm under load.
