wastegate ?'s
i got my turbo kit on but they forgot to send me the wastegate
i talked to them and they said i had a choice of either a tial 35mm or a tial 38mm
i told them i wanted the tial 38mm
what is the differences between the 2 and what is the spring set for on the 38mm?

Re: wastegate ?'s (ebp 99 si)
Mostly the Tial 38mm will support up to 30psi of boost as opposed to the 20psi calculated maximum of the Tial 35mm wastegates. Its somewhat of a hybrid between the 35mm and 40mm wastegates they make. I've had great success with it so far as a replacement for my Turbonetics Deltagate, which i HIGHLY recomend against using if you want to run any kind of boost under 15psi. Hope you like your Tial!

anyways, you should be fine, ive seen 400whp VR6 with just 35mm and 200whp with 40mm, i mean i never heard of a tial spiking, so as long as its a tial your good
