I would recommend the standard 38mm Tial Wastegate and an HKS SSQV BOV. What are your horsepower goals and what flange is your turbo? flange for manifold also?

I dont know anything about the flanges I'm afraid. I will be using a ram manifold for a D-series from autowerkes. I want to be running 10 psi max on a gt28r.
horsepower goals: Honestly. anything over 215 is great!

ok from my understanding turbos usually come in 4 and 5 bolt patterns. A Tial 38mm wastegate will definately support ur goals. Look at ur turbo and see how many bolts u have on it. Also you should make sure ur turbo and manifold have the same bolt patterns also.

The 28R is internally gated. There's a couple turbos known as the 28R. One is from the S14, one is from the S15, and the third is a Skyline turbo. The trims of the wheels are different.
Commonly the GT28R is the S14 version. There's also various actuator pressures that it comes with, so you probably want to ask/check which one you get. I've bought 2, one came with a 5psi actuator, the other came with a 7. I believe there's also an 11. The last number on the P/N of the actuator is the pressure, but, if you're going to clock the turbo, you'll need the optional GT28RS internal gate actuator that ATP turbo sells..... the way the stock actuator connects is specific to the way its clocked on the SR/RB motors.

As far as the BOV... I'd use one of your normal BOVs. It does flow enough to overrun a 25mm BOV (Bosch/Denso style).... I found that out the hard way.

Alright, so is there a difference between the GT28r and the GT28RS?
Can I get an 10 lb actuator spring if I wanted one?
What is a normal BOV? is there a website for sound clips so that I can decide what BOV I want?
So what MM BOV would you recommend.

I appreciate the help, im trying to be less noob!

if you're only going to run 10psi, why would you bother spending $1200 on the GT28 when there are other turbos that would work just as well, if not better for half the price?

GT28R = GT2560R
GT28RS = GT2860RS
Yes, there's a difference, the RS is a fair bit larger on the cold side, flows more air
I dont know of a 10 lb spring. Use a boost controller
Pick a BOV. Do a search of what people use. I dont know how big to go, all I know is a 1" port is too small. I went to a 40mm Greddy RS, its fine now.
