when u apply compress air into the wastegate, the valve lifts up and u can hear a little amount of air leaking through the valve guide, is that normal or is it not suppose to leak at all??

 

You will hear a certain amount. If the seal was air tight the valve would seize. Turbosmart has the tightest tolerences without having operation issues. It takes more precise machining but for a better quality product its worth the little added price.

also i wanted to know if the wastegate spring i have is the big or small spring?

measure the outside diameter of the spring.

1.875" = small
2.360" = large
