Wastegate dumptube?

Wastegate dumptube?
I did some searching there is like 900 threads on this but my question should i route my wategate dumptube into my downpipe or should i just leave it open to ground?

i'd just dump it away from the engine bay. you could dump it back into the downpipe, but that would require a lot of fabricating and welding.

my last one was plumbed back into the downpipe and i thought it was cool until i got my new setup, which runs open dump. open dump sounds awesome, and has a tendancy to scare old ladies haha. just make sure its not dumpipng out inside your engine bay/on anything important. for example, mine dumps out just off to the side of my oil pan, about a foot in front of my drivers side lower control arm and i dont have problems with carbon and exhaust buildup inside the engine bay

Well im fucked on emissions either way so im going to have to pull the whole set up off, but the welding and fab wont be a problem i do that almost everyday and im making my own downpipe as well but i guess ill try open dump thanks for the help
