i have a custom T25 that is only boosting 5psi the most. i tried to use my TURBO XS boost controller to turn it up but nothing happens. i think it may be the rod on the acuator because i think my friend modified it so that it can only maintain 5psi. i think he bent the rod, but maybe this has caused the door to be opened a bit so that the boost leaks out? i have to rev the turbo from 3,000-6,000 to get full boost. i can get a new acuator but it will be set at 14psi since it's from a stock 2nd Gen Eclipse. i there a way i can make it boost only 5psi without bending the rod so the door will remain closed and boost quicker? thanks

 

I belive that you can thread the rod so that you can actually use it as a boost controller. I have the web addy somewhere that shows how to do it, if I can find it I will post. Also if you need the actuator, I have one from a 2G DSM's T25.
