Waste Gate Flutter Help!!! ASAP
there are a few things that can malfunction on a wastegate. Is it an external or internal? What exactly is it doing? What do you have your boost gauge set to and what are you actually reaching?
it open / closes at ideal.
I have the dump tube side connected to the manifold because of modifications, i know its backwards, but that's the only why it fits on my set-up.
then i have the top nipple to a vac block befor intake manifold.
and the bottom nipple to a charge pipe nipple right after turbo outlet.
any way i try it it opens/closes at ideal.
no vac lines , all vac lines, one vac line. anything, its a real tial and i opened it all is ok, but since it was backwards i lost the valve set on the real side driving on the high way.

But cant the valve just stay close untill it hit spring pressure not matter what way its hooked up, as long as the vacuum lines are switched???? like a boost controller off the c/p and intake manifold pressure?
