Default washed cylinder walls

okay everyone says this is what happened to my motor, but the shops wont tell me how to fix it. So my question is how do i fix this. Also if this has happened to anyone else what are the symptons, because my car will hardly start and when it does it idles so rough it looks like the motor is going to shake out of the mounts. help please i boosted car that wont run SUCKS

Im not so sure if thats the problem with your car. If so how did you come to that conclusion? Did you do a compression or leakdown test? If you washed out the cylinders you will have to rehone them and change your rings.
