Default Walbro pumps and external mounting

Are these pumps suitable for external mounting?

I'd probably find it a lot easier to mount a dual outside the car and run lines down into the tank than sumping the tank or creating some sort of dual mount in-tank. I know the gas acts as a radiator for the pump; are there any other problems I should be aware of with this configuration? I don't care about pump noise, just getting ideas at this point. Thanks

in short, no.
they are designed to be submerged. if not they will overheat and fail faster than normal.
