walbro 255 quik question

Default walbro 255 quik question

I have my set up in, rc 440 drag kit, hondata, with a conservitive base 2lb boost cut till i get tuned june 24th, will i be ok putting the walbro pump in untuned ? need more info just ask

you can put it in anytime, as soon as the rail fills up with fuel it dumps the rest in to the tank. So nothin is gonna happen

Why not just use the fmu from the drag kit instead of the hondata until you bring it to a tuner? You will hit boost cut almost everytime you gas it pass 1/2 throttle.

Some base maps are decent... some are absolutely horrible. I would wait untill it is tuned to drive around on the map. That's just me though.

If your asking just reqarding the fuel pump without boosting? Yes, it will be fine. I have had a walbro 255 in my car for two years. Once turbo, then back to NA, then nitrous, then turbo. It has worked fine with every single setup.

My hondata has a 2lb boost but in right now, so im not boosting even if i want to really, i just want to know if the walbro 255 fuel pump being in with my set up will **** anythign up or flood/run way tooo rich ?

it wont hert it for the safe side put a fuel reglator on ur car
