I'd run a Precision GT45873-S61 with a superpositronic V-band wheel and VTECizm enhanced stage 34 compressor wheel.

Any Turbo will work with vtec. Are you looking to build your own kit or to buy a pre-peiced kit? What is your HP goal? That is what you need to have first. Here is a site that will help you out:
