I was looking at this supercharger and i thought i saw a blow off valve like a turbo is this ture that they have blow off valves like turbos.

yes it is true... centrifugal superchargers work similar to a turbo -- the compressor is of the same design, cept instead of being spun by a turbine run by the exhaust, its spun by a driveshaft connected to the belts..
but yes, some have blow off valves like turbos, though instead of preventing turbo lag (which is nonexistant on a supercharger) im pretty sure they just prevent compressor surge and help prolong the life of the compressor
