Vortech Research -> for a friend.
Ok, I have a friend in my club that is giving up on his car. He has a 99 Civic Si, with a Vortech Super Charger, DC 4-2-1 Header, A'Pexi N1 exhaust and a few other goodies. Tire/wheel setup is Nitto Nt450s, with Rota Slipstreams. He dynoed the car and got 235whp. At the track he ran 14.6 @ 110mph, while slipping through the first 3 gears. I personally don't want him to sell it because he's got all the major **** done and he's "bored" with it. What should I recommend for him to do? 
EDIT: We figured he just needs slicks and axles and he should run a lot better times.
