How exactly does the vortech fmu work? I been told two different things. Some say 12:1 means that it raises the fuel pressure 12 psi for every 1 pound of boost. Others say that 12:1 just means that in boost the vortech will adjust to try to achieve a 12:1 air fuel ratio. Which is correct?

12lbs of fuel pressure for every 1lb of boost is correct... You can get different discs to change th ratio.. like 10:1 ; 8:1 and i think 4:1..
