Default vortech FMU

do i need to up grade my injectors for that vortech FMU ,(would it be better that stock , maybe h22 or talon )?

what is your set up? if you plan to run under 7 psi. you should be fine.

Anytime you lower your fuel pressure (while providing enough fuel) using a fmu it's always going to be better.
Larger injectors + lower fmu ratio = happier car and better performance.
If you go larger then 310cc injectors you will need an a-fc to idle them. (you'll run to rich otherwise).
I sugest either buying some 310cc injectors and runing a 8:1 fmu or buying some 450's (dsm's or new) and using a a-fc to tune with. Thats unless you have the money for stand-alone then go that route.
