Default Very odd stutter....

Ok the other day I stopped on a straight away near my house and decided to give my car a little run. I only launched at 2g and it came out of the hole like crazy. Then once the car got to about 4500 rpms it just stuttered till about 5200 rpms then it smoothed out and ran fine in 2nd-4th gears. Now it also slightly stutters when I floor my gas pedal (trying to get on it a little to pass cars and such) but if I ease off a little and go back it runs fine with no stutter. Is my car bogging out because of a overload on fuel or is it something else?

Full Greddy Kit w/rc 310 injectors. The motor is built with ARP Head Studs, Wiseco 9:3-1 pistons, and Eagle Rods. I'm in the process of looking for a tune but the car ran fine the first few days after I added the boost (after rebuild). I had a valve adjustment done and that's the only thing that's been modified since the rebuild.

I dont think i caught what motor you have. And it does sound like a fuel poroblem, i use to get that around vtec and had to keep tunning it. now it runs fine.

The Motor is a B18b. I'm about to add a 3 inch exhaust and downpipe and then I'll be off to the tune shop.
