Default Venting PCV to atm...

I know you just let the hose hang and vent, but do you let it hang from the block side of the pcv side? (i.e. one side of hose to atm other to block, or atm-pcv unit).

I plan on getting a catch can setup but I need to see if the PCV system is what is causing my oil consumption prob.

i think u **** up ur piston rings because their no vacum. but dont quote me on on this i

damn thats what im trying not to see. I might just go to autozone or osmething tomorrow and get a new pcv valve.
