After Screwing around with my 5-bolt flange so much lately I've been considering going with a VBAND setup, and I found one here:

This looks like a nice setup. Although it says it has a 3" connection, will I be able to run a 3" DP off that and retain AC? I have several very tight 3" mandrel bends that I think will clear the AC most likely. Hopefully this made some sense. I guess another option would be to reduce it down to 2.5" right after the VBAND which I don't have a problem with either.

Your gonna have a hard time reducing then enlarging again.

 

Reducing where? I'm doing full 3" exhaust.
