Get some Brian Crowers (good quality and price) dual springs with the steel alloy retainers, the titanium tend to wear things out..

Port & polish will improve air flow and increase hp but not considerably. In another sense, the ratio of power gain per $$$ will be low compared to other mods. If your boosting, I'd just recommend just to get mild port and polish (remove any hard edges or imprefctions on the intake side and polish on the exhaust side) ..

There's lots of valve train upgrades there, I personally gone with Skunk2 Pro dual valve springs, Skunk2 titanium retainers and Skunk2 stainless steel valves (std size & comp) still don't know the performance as the stuff isn't assembled yet.
