I have built three heads, all used ferrea valves, springs, retainers and valve guides.

The latest head that I building is a d16z6 head, using supertech 0.5mm oversized valves, stock OEM valve springs and ef1.com retainers.

The ferrea stuff and ef1.com stuff is very well made.

The skunk2 springs are stiffer for more lift on the cams, the skunk2 retainers are titanium compared to the stock material of the itr's.

I run skunk2 valves, valve springs, and ti retainers. I had them for about a year with no problem at all. They have seem 9000 rpm many times when i was all motor and now above 8500 rpm with 14 psi of boost. I can also say Ferrea and REV both make very high quality stuff.
