I am about to start valve adjustments on my b16 head wtih gsr cams. Which one do I go for b16 specs or gsr specs. I searched and nothing cam up with what I am looking for. Thanks

U should follow the lash spec for the cam and not the head. Because these are stock cams the adjustment values are the same. .006/.007 should be good.

Let me tell you it's a difference btw night and day. I know a lot of people who just drop it in but do the adjustment. Worth the time and money if you have someone doing it. I did a valve adjustment and shot my compression 30 psi! The gsr pulls very hard in a b16. Definitely worth the cam upgrade

if your compression went up from a valve adjustment your valve lash had to be tight as hell

I heard a slight clicking from my engine so I wanted to be safe. I didn't know it'll shoot up that much. I really don't think cams would raise cylinder compression
