Default Valve adjustment

Alright i have my motor all put back together and in the car. I am ready to start except for adding oil and doing a valve adjustment. My question is, in the manual it says to gauge from .003 - .005 on the intake and .006 - .008 on the exhaust. Which is better closer to the .003 - .006 or .005 - .008 , or does it matter. Just want to make sure i get this right? Thanks ahead of time!!!

just make sure they are all the same (ex: all intake at .003, all exhaust at .005)
