valve lash adjustment??

I adjusted my valve lash, and was wondering what is the right measurment. The Hanes manual said to adjust them to .007 on intake, and .009 on exhaust, but on the top of the hood it says to adjust them to .017 on intake and .019 on exhaust(or something close to that). I need to know which one is right. Please anyone who knows please post. Thanks.

one is in inches, the other is in mm

B18A
INTAKE: 0.006" - 0.007" (0.15mm - 0.19mm)
EXHAUST: 0.007" - 0.008" (0.17mm - 0.21mm)

I did a b16a1 today and the specs from honda are the same as the B18 ones posted above. oh ya, make sure the motor is below 100degrees F. Just some info.
