Default VAFC wiring with engine management

I'll be running Crome for my engine management, but still want to retain my VAFC (to monitor some things). Do I disconnect VTEC, VTM, and Pressure signal? I know there was a post awhile back (that I searched for and couldn't find) where someone was doing the same thing, and was advised to remove/not connect certain wires from the AFC to prevent advancing timing and changing VTEC crossover, etc.

Any help is appreciated.

I'd return the VTEC solenoid wires back to stock and zero out all of the airflow adjustment settings. Leave the pressure signal wires if you still want to be able to read manifold pressure.
