Default Vacuum line connection questions (pic)

OK, here's my turbo/mani/downpipe/wastegate/BOV in a test fit picture- getting ready to install soon. My question is ... basiclly what goes to what (air tubing)?

My thoughts:

Connect waste gate (lower) to manfold port
Connect BOV (lower) to compressor pressure

Do I just leave the rest unconnected?

Thanks,
Sean

The rest:
'93 Del Sol Si
B20/VTEC 2mm head gasket...GSR cams/Ported head
F-max Turbo kit less injectors (jet-hot coating)
T3/T4 Turbonetics
S80 tranny(USDM type R)
ACT clutch
Clutchmasters Alum flywheel
Skunk2 intake
440 cc injectors
Hondata stage 4b
255 lph in-tank

leave the top port(#1) open unless ur running an electronic boost controller. u can close off the compressor pressure port.

Thanks, I didn't mention that I'm not running a controller yet.

BTW It's the F-max kit with the waste gate return option, and it's been jet-hot (hot -jet? I'm old) coated.

Thanks again,
Sean

how much is it for the jet-hot coating to be done, if you don't mind my asking?

just curious, but isn't the dumptube supposed to be routed in 18 inches after hte turbo for maximum power?

Yes, dumping it that close to the turbo is not ideal but that's how Fmax does it. And to whoever was asking about how long it will last...as long as you don't scrape it up to bad JetHot will last a looooooong time.

Cost- the Jet Hot was like REAL cheap... compared to the cost of the turbo, that is I think everything was $250. It's like $12/ft for piping, then manifold was $160. It's good to 1300F.

Thanks everyone, I'll keep you updated.

here you go for the wastegate unknown

from the looks of it, the bottom hose should not go to intake manifold, but before intake manifold. how is everyone else here doing it?

wait...so the vacuum hose on the back of the wastegate DOESN'T go to the compressor? Cause that's where mine is going.

u can run the side port to the compressor or to a manifold pressure source. both ways work but manifold is optimal cause it makes up for pressure drop through the system.

mine is hooked up the same way. From the side of the deltagate to the compressor. Does this make it spool slower than if it were hooked to the manifold? the wastegate would open sooner if hooked to the compressor correct?

HybridSOl. Thats a real nice setup man. Im also running a t3t4 on my sol.

do you lose power or something if you have the dump tube that close? I'm wondering because I wanna have my dump tube go back to the exhaust, but it looks like the only way to route it for my situation.
