Default Vacuum block or Vacuum manifold users.

Need advice from any vacuum block users out there. I am going to route all vacuum lines from the boost controller, FPR, blow off valve, wastegate, brake booster, etc. to the vacuum block but I was just curious if it would affect the MAP sensors (AEM 3.5 bar) accuracy if it was also put on the vacuum block. Should the Map sensor stay on the intake manifold?

In my opinion yes it should...I would never put my MAP on the manifold. Although some people say vacuum is vacuum....I dont trust that one on the manifold MY 0.02

As long as there are no leaks on any of the other components, it works perfectly, I run them off of vacuum blocks all the time with no issues, and I tune the cars as well.. The readings agree with my dyno map sensor that I normally run off of the intake manifold..

You can just run it off the vaccum block man. Thats why they make them. Just make sure the lines are tight fitting and there are no leaks.

On this topic, what size of vacuum lines are you running guys to the wastegate, BOV, FPR, etc?

There are 3mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and even 12mm diameter size vacuum lines but don't know what size to go for. I measured the FPR OEM vacuum line and that was 3mm but some other lines on the manifold were 8mm.

I intend to run a vacuum manifold probably of the brake booster.

6mm or 1/4" for bov, wg. 3-4mm works for boost gauge, map, fpr
