Default Vacumn FI engine need some advice...

Engine specs:

B16a2 84mm CP pistons 9.1:1 CR
Darton Sleeves
Eagle rods
Oem bearing
CTR cams
Victorx Manifold
BBK 70mm TB
No FITV
Full-Race mani
Skunk Valve spring + retrainers
62-1 Turbo
Tail BOV
Tail WG
MSD directly on my ecu(no ignitor, dizzy only for sensors)
My Software/Rom with gear Electronic boost controller(GM solenoid)
SRR cam gears
Other things...

My problem is as followed:

Idle vacumn: 390-420 mBar
By accident(inch -> mm convertion)
I gapped the intake valves to 0.15 inch and exhaust to 0.17inch.
I bought an new valve clearance tool in the USA. I'm used to mm and not inch.
But my vacum was good after this mistake: 280-290 mbar.
I readjusted my valves to 0.15mm/0.17mm and my vacumn is 380-414 mbar again.
My cam gears or 0/0, I didn't have time to go the dyno yet.
My compression numbers: 182-179-178-184(warm engine)
One other thing i noticed: If i start the engine cold(in the morning) My vacumn is less then when the car is fully warmed. Cold start +/- 424 mbar
warm 380-390 mbar.

My car drives better then with the b16 81mm. Spools much faster. If I increase the idle to 1500 rpm my vacum goes to 304 mbar.
I don't know what could cause such a low vacumn, is this a problem?

I triple check all vacumn lines and verything.

390 to 420 mb is in the range of 10 to 12 in/hg, which does seem to be a little low, but I'm comparing this to what my basically stock GSR was pulling before I started the turbo install. I don't know what impact the CTR cams will have.

If it runs and drives good I would think it's ok. Sorry I can't help out more, maybe someone else can chime in.

I would think there is no problem, but again I am not an expert. Hopefully someone else can confirm. What makes me think it's ok is the car runs/drives good and doesn't smoke.

Just an FYI, but I was seeing in the range of 18 to 22 in/hg before I started installing the turbo. I'm not done yet, so I can't say if it has changed. I'm curious what others using the CTR cams see.

if they are gapped that loose, you need to start there.

the inch spec is 0.006 - 0.007 intake
and 0.007 - 0.008 exh

if thats how they are set up, they are way loose.
