using 4 bolts on a 5 bolt dp flange.
i just fabbed my own full 3" dp and welded one of the holes up on the dp flange and was wondering will it leak air with only 4 bolts. this going on a sc61 with inlinepro ss manifold on a civic si with a/c.

Kinda hard to see from the pics, but if that 5th bolt can still sit flush against the flange, then you can use a Dremel tool with a small cut-off wheel and cut a slot on the flange. Then all you'd have to do is start the bolt onto the turbine housing first and then hook the DP flange onto the bolt, install the other 4 bolts and tighten.

Couldnt you guys put a stud into the turbine housing for that one bolt.. and just use a nut on it?
