Default Update on cracked #4

Hey again guys. Little update on whats going on since I cracked my sleeve few weeks ago. The bare block is now sitting on a engine stand waiting for 9.8:1 84mm pistons to then be shipped together to golden eagle.

I'm not sure what I should replace, the water & oil pump are still fairly new.
How do I know if my main bearings are still in ok condition? pics? Also I'm thinking of getting ES Motor mount inserts, any of you guys had experience with them too much vibration for a daily driver?thx

Does golden eagle assemble motors too? Last time I talked to vince he said they dont assemble motors .. but that was like a year ago. How much to get it assembled and sleeved?

Personally, i would replace the bearings while it is apart. Since it is a wear part, and you have easy access to it now, you might as well.

As far as the ES inserts, they are not bad for daily driving. I have them in my car. At idle it can get shaky, but not too bad.

Replace the bearings while you can still do it. You're going to spend close to 200 dollars doing it, but it's worth it to know that everything in there is brand new. Peace of mind is priceless...I would upgrade your oil pump to a B20 or VTEC model for increased flow and reliability.

the main and rod bearings are all color coded for fitting...check the bearings when you took them out...you should see colors painted onto the side of the bearing. They're supposed to go in a certain place. I think the helm's should tell you, I can't remember. But All I know is that every block is different.
