Why? If the guy knows how to tune then he is good to go..... It’s the same principle just a different software, and most of them are similar

Uberdata has bugs, and if the tuner is not familiar with them there will be problems.

Go on there, make a choice. I've used both Crome and Uberdata. Both have things I like and dislike. Right now, I'd say just use free crome with freelog.

you might want to see about buying a wideband and tuning it yourself then. the cost will be similar to paying someone to tune it one time, and you can become the 7th tuner in ireland

uberdata / crome are not 'on the car' so to speak, they are only pieces of software that make maps that you burn on chips and put in your ecu. so if your ecu is chipped, you can use either uber or crome to make yourself a map. if it's hard finding a tuner, at least for the meanwhile I'd highly recommend reading pgmfi.org boards and what not, doing some research, and making yourself a decent basemap on crome or uberdata. if you do a step retard (pulling very little timing from stock map), and use the calculators for fuel (115-120 efficiency..), you'll have a very driveable, and relatively safe tune imo, at least until you can get it tuned. good luck.

short ver: buy a moates.net chip burner and a few chips, download a rom from a similar setup off xenocron.com's bin directory, and burn some rubber
