Default TurboXS RFL BOV- question....

Im looking to get the Type RFL universal bov for my GSR..
im currently using hks and sounds like a dead duck..so imma use RFL on the street

Does the RFL have to welded on? cause they sell a TypeH flange, but no RFL flange..

any experience anyone?

It comes with both aluminum and steel weld on fittings. it's not a flange though

Turbo XS sell adapter flange so you dont need to use any of their weld fittings, just slap on the adapter flange and bolt on to your existing flange and you are good to go.

that makes your valve stick out really far. the txs ones are pretty tall to start so I like to mount them close to the charge pipe so it doesn't look like a big dong extension. but ya it functions fine except for having 2 seals rather than 1 to fail.

I need this answered too. Got the Drag pipe and just got the RFL. Doesn't fit. It would not be good to reweld this. Did the Type-S flange work? I found the adapter on ebay but it's oval instead of round.
