Default Turbosmart Manual Boost Controller Question...

I'm using a Turbosmart MBC on my mitsubishi turbo.

The stock wastegate can is set to 5.5psi. With the MBC, I have it set to 7psi. I'm getting some nasty boost spike (as much as 9-10 psi sometimes).

Vaccum lines run from the turbo compressor outlet source on the turbo, go through about one inch of vaccum line into the MBC, and then through about 11 inches to the nipple on the wastegate actuator can.

I'm looking for ways to either eliminate, or reduce the spike... as it's really annoying, and causing my motor to go a bit lean at higher boost. (ecu untuned over 8psi)

Any help would be great, thanks!
