Turbonetics has a "No-fault/No hassle" warranty. well why is it that my turbo has been their over 2 months and my friend has 2 turbos their and one has been their for about 4 months now. how is it no hassle warranty when im out of a car for over 2 months because they didnt VSR balance my turbo. neither end of the shaft was grinded on. i just wanna know how many others out their are in the same situtation.

I'm sorry if I sound dire, but that's very common. We've dealt with that since 2001. We usually had 4-5 turbonetics turbos a year that would do that. We made it a habit at the shop, and would ask ourselves, "Want to store the car? Better take off the turbo and send it back to be rebuilt again."

Very common situation unforntuately.
