Default Precision turbo warranty?

Does anyone know how good precision is with their warranties, or has anyone ever had precision warranty a turbo? I have had their gt35e on my car for less than a month now and it is leaking oil out of the compressor outlet. Its not a huge amount, but enough where I think something is wrong. I have owned several turbos in my day and never seen one leak this much, especially after 30 days. We contacted precision today and got the impression that they probably would not warranty the turbo because there were many reasons a turbo could do this and most were due to improper installation or use, and they would determine this after they inspected it. I have a friend who had a similar experience with his precision sc63. I'm not bashing precision (yet), just curious if anyone else has had a similar problem, or can tell me something different, like precision is a great company that stands behind their products.

I have had a turbo that needed to be returned, and I first sent the turbo back to them, and they found the defect, and sent me another turbo. But I made sure that I discussed with them what had happened and where we needed to be with it.

That's good to hear, I hope they find the defect with mine and replace it or fix it as well.

12 month or 12k mile warranty, when purchased through an authorized dealer.

Two of my friends had to send the turbo's back to precision and they had no problems getting the warranty stuff done.

Contact your authorized dealer that you purchased it from and they will be glad to help.
