Default turbonetics 72

looking into the turbonetics t3 7268 turbo 72 compressor wheel
68 turbine wheel .84 a/r this is gonna be a track car only right now i have a b16 that im just putting stage 2 turbo cams in and valve springs is this gonna be too much turbo for now eventually i will redo the whole motor just trying to get it all together first thanks

i wasnt looking for how much power, was wondering about spooling it with these little motors. like would i see boost at 4200rpm or like 5500rpm.

Let's just get the heart of the matter here, punctuation aside.

That won't happen even on a 3 litre with that turbocharger. Even if you list the configurationn, there's no way you'd get 500whp by 4200rpms. I'd see 6500 or greater, but that is NOT a street turbo on any Honda 4 cylinder engine, be it K,B,H, or especially a D.

If you got for a "deal", either use it strictly for drag racing, or sell it to a domestic enthusiast with at least 4 litres of displacement.

block is filled up to the water pump, and has a block guard thats about it. i have a hook up with turbonetics thats why i was asking. this will be strictly a track car. should i look into one of there 66 or 62mm turbos. any help would be appreciated.

Choose a different turbo that is more "suitable" to what your trying to do. You've given very little info on that, but just like The Shodan just said; that "boost/rpm" goal isnt going to happen with that turbo.

You chose the largest T3 frame turbo out of that series, cost being equal across that line. You would think your getting the "most" for your dollar but you arent. Your getting a lot of turbo that wont be used with your setup....there are better options. We move a lot of Turbonetics units for Honda apps...that one definitely wouldnt be near the top of the Honda D/B series app list...it would probably come in dead last.
