Turbocharging with lots of miles!!!
I have finally managed to save up enough money to buy a Drag 3 kit for my 95 LS with 142,000 on the OD and the only
thing that leaks is the exhaust cam seal that will be replaced and I am getting 170 compression across the board and now all I am wondering is if my car under good hands will withstand the PSI. I currently have eagle H-beam rods but no piston or rings. My ? is will my motor hold up untill I perform a rebuild.

sure, just don't expect it to last forever, save up the money and get it done soon. The boost pressure will accelerate the wear on the engine since it's already going

Yeah Boost it man. You should have no problems with those numbers. We checked quikB18B's last night in fact and he is running strong. Just boost it till your motor goes or you can get hondata. Whichever comes first.
Thanks for all the info, I'll keep it posted on how the install turns out. Now I just need to find a good price so I can spend the money.

soon to be in that same boat....145k on mine, should be boosted by winters end. as long as the compression checks out and I have some side loot for a used motor(if the inevitable happens), its all good!
