Is this turbo worth purchasing?

GARRETT T3/TO4E 57 TRIM W/ .63 A/R TURBINE the kid was running around 10-16lbs of boost and its about 7 months old but was stored winters it also has the t5 bolt turbo housing? Hes asking $525.

7-12 psi now pushing 7 used for about 3 months and primed when first installed
