turbo in winter
i was wondering how well turbo integras hold up during the winter time. Im planning to put a stage one rev hard kit on a 97 ls. this car is also going to be my daily driver, and also my winter car. should there be some precautions i should take in order for this to work out in the winter time.

Re: turbo in winter (97redteg)
Turbos are great in the winter.I drive mine all year round.Nothing like in iat of 10*.I just shut of the boost controller and run off the spring.Make sure your rich enough for low temps. Many people have a summer tune (chip) and a winter tune (chip).

just get some winters, raise the car a bit and your golden. Or just act like your car isn't even boosted. You can stay out of boost if you want while driving around. I would just wash the car down periodically so minimal rust is built up from the salt.

Re: turbo in winter (97redteg)
i know traction would be more of an issue but evrything else would be better as far as engine and intake temps. nothing like an intercooler covered in ice
