Default Turbo Virgin...got Q?

I知 contemplating the idea of going turbo. I own a 98CX, I知 assuming that the low CR is boos friendly making it a good candidate for FI. I知 aware of the mayor parts (turbo, manifold, IC, piping, Oil feed and return lines) needed. I知 looking to put a kit together mainly because I知 on a budget and I知 a curious person like that. I知 not planning on boosting much maybe 7 to 9PSI. Now are there any sites out there that can guide me in the right direction? I like to find out info as fuel management, and how to put the hole thing together. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
