Turbo Timer.... Whats the point?
Ok, I was talking to somebody today and he got me thinking...
While your car sits at idle, the intercooler isn't doing its job, the coolant isn't going around as fast and the oil cooler really isn't doing anything either.. So wouldn't the exhaust going into your turbo just keep making it hotter?
Can somebody please explain this to me?? Thanks!

the car isn't making boost. intercooler doesn't matter. since of the lack of exhuast, it really doesn't have much heat in it. You have a TT to keep the oil circulating in the turbo so it doesn't boil when you just shut it off.
