Default Turbo suggestions

I have a semi-built D16.
Y7 block, Eagles/Vitaras
Stock Z6 Vtec head w/ 340,000km
RC750cc's
S300 ECU
Ramhorn Manifold
Tial 38mm gate

I am running a Turbonetics T3Super60 right now. I make 9psi give or take up until 4800rpm, then at Vtec of 5000rpm I hit a full 14psi. She's got a bit more lag than I want but thats okay.

Now my question is:
What turbo would be better for me? Faster spooling and better power(louder spool too :D)
I am aiming for 250whp+ this season on the stock head, which is do-able with my current turbo but I want to make MORE power if possible(270whp).

Is it also worth it for me to build my valvetrain? I was thinking Bisimoto's Level 1.2 Cam or Level 2.4. I ran last season with a 7200rpm rev limit on my stock Z6 head. With a built head I should be able to do 8000-8400rpm I assume. I heard the level 2.4 Bisi cam is BADASS!

if you can figure out a manifold to make it work a evo 8 or 9 turbo is really fun on a d16. tons of low end with them and the spool is almost instant. depending on how high of boost you wanna go you can make alot of power on them too.

you asked what would work better for faster spool. if your going to stay t3 and want better spool and more power there really isn't much out there. the t3 super 60 is about as good as it gets unless you wanna cash out for a gt2860rs. so you asked and I told you what would be a good turbo. if your going to stay t3 your gonna have to spend alot to get the same spool and power out of a turbo similar to a 16g.

its not hard to sell your ram or to have the flange changed..
