Default turbo suggestioN!!

okay with my precision turbo i made 317whp @ 10psi.
couldnt figure out whats wrong with it. bought rebuilt turbo kit replace the bearing and the seal along with the snap ring. it still leak oil to the exhaust *notice first time installing the bearing and etc*.

However what should i do?

Buy an new turbo that is the same?
or other?

heres the spec of the turbo i got

need a suggestion..or should i buy a new one that is the same? budget is 600.00

dont want it 2 rebuild at the shop cuz its gonnna cost me 390 for my shiet to be rebuild @ turbo power. and whats gay about this, is that this turbo lasted me 1 and 1/2 year only!!

You need to check your oiling system and make sure

1) You're not overpressurizing the feed with oil over 90 psi
2) there are no kinks or 90 degree AN fittings on the return line (Nice, slow gravity feed is neede)
3) the cartridge itself isn't angled more than 20 degreee from vertical.

Check those first before attempting to rebuild again. If you're overpressurizing, you won't need to rebuild twice. GL.

naw i angled the same way it was before. =(

And you checked ALL the others I listed? we want to help, but remember, we're not there with you, so we can't see/hear it all.. Please be thorough in your troubleshooting of the car. That way we can all better assist with ideas to help with your issue.
