This turbo sound efficient?

sup guys,
Had my b18b turboed with a turbonetics t3/t4 .70 compressor,.48 exhaust stage 1 turbine wheel,and it blew the seals so im just getting a new one.

looking at a garrett t3/t4 60 trim .50 compressor,.63 exhaust from this web site:

has anyone delt with this website,and does this turbo sound efficient for my b18b. any input.

I never did like bashing or talking ill of other companies, but Turbocalculator is a BAD idea from its remanufactured turbochargers.. PM me for more details.
