Default Turbo size b16?

Hi. I am considering converting my stock b16 block to FI. I got a lot of turbo options and i was wondering if anybody could post some dyno sheets with different turbo specs. My first choice was to use a Skyline GTR t28 for quick spoolup with ar .64 compressor housing ported to 3" and rebuilt to steel turbine wheels (from ceramic). My goal is around 170-200whp. My only worry is that the wastegate is to small for running around .5bar. Don't want creeps. Anyone tried this?
Sorry for my bad english (norwegian )
Thx

My friend had a T3/To4e on a stock B16 with a street tune and that thing moved! I cant remember when it hit full boost, but it was fairly early (thinkin around like 4-4500?)

Yeah but an ls motor generates an awful more exhaust than b16. I would think that t3 super60 would spool up around 4500-5000ish

I run a garrett t3 60-1, it's a good mild turbo, good for street/strip car. They max out around 5-550hp, so it depends on what exactly your doing with it, whats the purpose? Mine is the larger one .82a/r, but honestly they all spool about the same. Mines on my 2.0l gsr and it sees boost around 35-4k, and full boosts when vtec hits, 5200. See my sig. for times on low boost (16-18psi). If your not looking to make alot of power, I would suggest a t3/y4 57 trim. I had one of those on my stock 200,000 mile ls motor, and it was the ****!! Car would be FULL BOOSTING right around 3k or so, it was the best street car by far! I think they max out around 450 though depending on which one you get. I would get the biggest version of it. ACTUALLY there is a thread in drag racing i think, for a 57 trim that just broke into the 10's, so its doable, but again just depends on what your plans are with this thing.....Hope that helped some....

My goal is a mid power daily driver. 200whp is enough for me. You think the gt28r is to small?

if you are only after 200whp, and want instant boost, why don't you go with a Jackson Racing Supercharger?

for 200whp, that's not a problem with a GT28R. You'll probably need a boost controller to help with that, but that would be rather fun. Like a big NA car. the engine size works quite well with that turbo. In fact, the turbo may light up tooo quickly making you spin a lot of tire fast. It's not AWD, so you will more than likely experience some torque steer
