Last time I checked my map sensor does read psi. Psi can be generated without a turbo...so I think. Psi is a measurement of pressure and can converted to lbs, kpa, bar and psi. The map sensor reads psi inside the intake manifold. The turbo your using isn't big your bottleneck is the map sensor.
