alrite ive got a ek civic with a b18c4 engine,with a t4 turbo just want advice on the bst pistons and conrods and what sort of power they can handle

 

This is one of the more vague questions i've heard in a while. Ok, so you have a T4 turbo...that tells us next to nothing. What you need to do is tell us your power goals and budget along with specs on whatever turbo you're using. That'll actually give us some kind of starting point...

And for the next time you post, try use some kind of punctuation along with correct spelling so that i dont have to bust out my decoder ring in order to understand what the hell you're saying.
