Dude its not how many pounds of boost you run everyday which makes your car reliable its who tunes your car. Brother you can run a million psi everyday no problem if theres high enuff octane to support and a tuner thats just that nice whit his.

just to add to that its not how many lbs of boost you run its the power youre putting out. 10lbs of boost on a small t3 will put out much less power than 10lbs on a gt35r. Stock blocks can handle 300-350 safely and up to 400 if u have a brass set and a great tuner.

The general rule for a B series is that 300whp is reliable...whatever psi it takes to get there is fine. There are a few more variables than that, but that's the simple version of the story. You do have to factor compression, fuel and IATs, but with 99% of the 300whp setups out there, its not really an issue.
