Anyone knows of a place around fl or out of state that would fix the turbo seals for cheap, and quick. any responses would be extremely appreciated. thank you

unless the turbo is completely TRASHED you really shouldnt need to repair the seals. They are just like piston rings, they dont really go bad usually.

I would check your return line and see if you can improve that.
