Default turbo question

ok i have a garrett t3 turbo and i was running it on my car for about 2 days then it started smoking really bad i had the feed on bottom and the return on top so i pulled it all off and took the turbo apart the rings look ok and the bearings look good so cleaned it all up and put it back together with the feed on top and return on bottom do you think it will work b/c i dont want to pull off my other turbo and waste my time if it is going to smoke

if it's smoking now, most likely it'll smoke again. why did you hook up your oil lines that way in the first place? you may need to rebuild it.
